That is in fact a full service listing!  We won't cut any services out!

The listing side of the commission is 1%.  Sellers will still need to pay a buyer's agent, however if Realty Royale brings the buyer in, the total commission will be 1%.  There is no standard commission to offer a buyer's agent, so you can offer anything you would like.  But, be aware that many agents expect to recieve a minimun amount, and may ask their buyer to contribute the difference.

Our Flat Fee Program is the best in town.  For a one time fee of $295, we will list your home in the MLS sytem, and offer lots of friendly advice.  If you would like to use our sign and lockbox, we charge an additional $100, for a total of $395.  This is a one time fee!! We offer a traditional sign & post, a combination lockbox, and as always, lots of friendly advice.  You can market the property as you would like and we will be there to help you throughout the process.  We don't represent you under this process, so agents will contact you directly with any questions & offers.
